You can return any unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
- Bring the item with the original packaging to any of our 3 branches, or
- Contact us by phone or email to arrange a pickup
Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused, unopened condition
- Original tags and packaging required
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, your choice
- Custom and clearance items are final sale
Defective or wrong item
If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
